All Terrain Vehicles, Off Road Motorcycles, and Utility Vehicles

ATV's and ORM's: ATV's/ORM's purchased, or on which ownership is transferred, on or after 7/1/05 are required to be titled and registered.
Between 7/1/05 & 6/30/08, titling and registration of ATV's/ORM's was optional for holders of agricultural exemption permits. Titling and registration is mandatory for ATV's/ORM's acquired by permit holders on or after 7/1/08.

Utility Vehicles: Utility Vehicles purchased, or on which ownership changed, on or after 7/1108 are required to be titled and registered.

ATV's/ORM's/Utility Vehicles on which ownership has not changed since the above referenced effective dates may be titled and registered at the owner's option.

• Standard titling and lien entry (if applicable) fees.
• Excise tax - 4.5% of the purchase price. Standard exemptions apply along with an exemption for holders
   of agricultural exemption permits issued pursuant to 68 O.S. § 1358.1.
• A one (1) time registration fee of $11.00 per owner.
• Neither insurance verification nor odometer disclosure requirements apply.
