Tax Preparers: Income Tax Forms on CD

Tax professionals, who need multiple copies of Oklahoma income tax forms, or several different types of forms, may now request the complete Oklahoma income tax form collection on CD.

Many tax preparers, along with local libraries, will received the CD, due to the automatic mailing lists that flagged these addresses as having previously ordered large numbers of forms. Individual preparers, taxpayers and form distribution centers may order the CD, free of charge by using the Request Forms by Mail feature, or by phone at (405) 521-3108.

The 2006 Income Tax Forms CD will be available in January 2007 and will be mailed as soon as available.
