My refund check is dated more than 90 days ago,
what should I do ?

Return it to the Oklahoma Tax Commission and request a new check. Remember to cash the new check as soon as you receive it.

If you have lost your refund check, you will have to wait about 100 days before a new check can be re-issued. The check will be void at 90 days but it takes about another 10 for the State Treasurer and the Tax Commission computers to be updated where a new check can be issued.
