I am not required to file. How do I get my withholding back?

If you are a resident of Oklahoma, you will file on Form 511.  There is a check the box provision in the name and address section of the form to indicate you do not have a filing requirement.  There are instructions in the income tax packet to help you fill out the return properly to ensure you receive a refund of all your withholding.
