Does Oklahoma Tax all of my retirement income?Military Retirement Income... Each individual may exclude 75% of their retirement benefits or $10,000, whichever is greater, but not to exceed the amount included in the Federal Adjusted Gross Income. The retirement benefits must be from any component of the Armed Forces of the United States. Please see either Schedule 511-A in the Oklahoma Resident Packet 511 or Schedule 511NR-B in the Oklahoma Nonresident/Part-Year Resident Packet 511NR.
