Climate Oklahoma weather can be tricky at best to predict. However what we can tell you is that during September Oklahoma City average temperatures reach the mid-80’s during the daytime and upper 60’s to low 70’s in the evenings. And of course expect a little bit of wind during your visit. As for rainfall—September doesn’t usually see much rain, on average about 3 ½” to 4” each September. Dress The dress for the conference is business casual except for the banquet Tuesday evening, which will be casual (jeans and boots).
