The 2009 Annual Meeting of the FTA Motor Fuel Tax Section headquarters for this year’s meeting is the Renaissance Hotel, located at 10 North Broadway, Oklahoma City, OK 73102. Reservations are currently being accepted by the hotel. The hotel conference rate is available from September 16-September 23. Hotel rates and reservation reference codes for the meeting are as follows: Standard and King Occupancy Rooms, $149 per night, plus tax in effect at time of check-in (currently 13.87%) Reservations may be made by contacting reservations at 1.800.859.6877 and mentioning the code “ FTA Motor Fuel Conference”. Reservations may also be made online. When making online reservations, please enter "ftaftaa" as the group code so you will receive the conference rate. The deadline for making hotel reservations at FTA’s special rates is August 31, 2009. After this date the FTA reserved block will be released for reservations to the general public.
