Noncommercial registration rates apply to automobiles; noncommercial and non agricultural trucks; travel trailers and motor homes.

Noncommercial vehicles are registered on the basis of their year of registration, as follows:

1^st through 4^th year of registration	$91.00
5^th through 8^th year of registration	$81.00
9^th through 12^th year of registration	$61.00
13^th through 16^th year of registration	$41.00
17^th year and over	$21.00
