Steamlined Sales and Use Tax Project

Oklahoma's Petition for Membership in the Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Agreement and Oklahoma's Certificate of Compliance were posted to the Oklahoma Tax Commission website as of February 2, 2005, and were filed with the Co-Chairs of the Streamlined Sales Tax Implementing States on February 2, 2005. Comments related to Oklahoma's Petition for Membership and Certificate of Compliance must be filed, in writing (by hard copy or electronically), within thirty (30) days of February 2, 2005. The comments must be filed with the Co-Chairs of the Streamlined Sales Tax Implementing States; Oklahoma State Senator Angela Z. Monson (email) and Utah Tax Commissioner Bruce Johnson (email); and with the Oklahoma Tax Commission, c/o Jerry Johnson (email), 2501 Lincoln Blvd., Oklahoma City, OK 73194.
