New Website Released for Rebate Check Information and Address Changes

The Oklahoma State Treasurer's Office has launched a new website for taxpayers to use to change their address and have replacement rebate checks issued.

The website is www.ok.gov/ost/checkstatus/.

If you have not yet received your rebate check, please visit this site to check the status of your check. The site will guide you on how to have a check reissued with or without an address change. If your check has been issued and cashed, but without your endorsement, this site will direct you on what to do next.

If you find through the website that you are not listed in the database to receive a check, you should contact the Oklahoma Tax Commission's Taxpayer Assistance Division at (405) 521-3160 for further assistance.
