Agency Offers Extended Hours

In a pilot project, the Oklahoma Tax Commission's Capitol Complex location (2501 North Lincoln Blvd.) will be open for extended hours on the days and times shown below. The expanded assistance hours are being provided to better accommodate taxpayers as the April 15th deadline for filing income taxes approaches.

• Monday, April 7th through Friday, April, 11th – 7:30 am through 7:00 pm
• Saturday, April 12th – 8:00 am through 2:00 pm
• Monday, April 14th through Tuesday, April 15th – 7:30 am through 7:00 pm

Agency personnel will be on hand during these expanded hours to accept Oklahoma individual income tax returns and assist taxpayers on income taxes. Computer stations will be available for taxpayers to electronically file their returns. State tax forms will also be available at the site.

It should be noted that agency personnel are unable to prepare or file a Federal return. Information regarding filing of Federal income tax returns may be found on the IRS website at www.irs.gov.

The Oklahoma Tax Commission’s website can also assist taxpayers 24 hours a day with electronic filing and online payment methods, downloadable forms, and fill-in forms. For more information please visit the site at www.tax.ok.gov.
