Up to the Minute.. Notice Reminder: Boat and Motor Registrations Expire June 30 Taxpayers should be aware that all Oklahoma boat and outboard motor registrations expire on June 30. Boat and motor owners should have received their renewal reminder cards in the mail earlier this month. However, the reminders are not required to renew the registration. If you do not have the renewal notice, simply provide a copy of a previous registration, or any one (1) of the following identifiers:
Registrations may be renewed at any Oklahoma tag agency or by mailing the renewal to the Oklahoma Tax Commission, PO Box 26940, Oklahoma City, OK 73126-0940. To stay current , boat and motor owners have until June 30, 2007 to renew their registrations. A delinquent registration penalty of $0.25 per day will apply as of August 1. Owners have the option of renewing their registrations for a one or three year period. The three year registration fee is equal to 90% of the total of the individual year’s fees. Owners interested in the three-year registration option may designate that option on the renewal notice being mailed back in, or simply advise the registering tag agency.
