Electric Vehicle Information Update

It has been determined that the vehicles below are governed by the Ruff & Tuff decision. The returns for the owners of these vehicles (upon which proof of title and registration has been submitted) are now being processed and the tax credit allowed.  The vehicles in question are:

• American Sports Works

• Stealth Patriot

• Bad Boy Buggies xt

• Bad Boy, Inc. 1500 E ProSeries

• B.I.G.Man Shorty

Within the next several days, notice will be filed with the assigned Administrative Law Judges regarding which cases are mooted by virtue of the Ruff & Tuff decision and are being processed for payment.
