Withholding Tax Filing and Payment Date Extended to the 20th of the Month

Senate Bill 905 from the 2005 Legislative Session extended the filing and remittance deadline for Oklahoma Employee Withholding Tax from the 15th of the month to the 20th. This change was effective July 1, 2006.

Withholding tax can be filed and paid online through the Oklahoma Tax Commission's QuickTax system. Witholding forms can be downloaded from the Agency's website at www.tax.ok.gov.
