2005 Income Tax Forms Now Available on Website;
2006 Withholding Tables to Be Released December 21, 2005

The Oklahoma Tax Commission has been busy preparing the tax forms and packets you will need in the coming months. On December 1st, the Agency released all 2005 income tax forms and packets on the website.

The 2006 Withholding Tables will be available on the Agency's website on December 21, 2005.

In addition to releasing the income tax forms on the site, the Agency has built all the income tax forms for 2005 as "fill-in" forms. This means you can download the form from the site, fill it out on your computer and print it out*.

Printed income tax packets will mail the last week of December to taxpayers.

Remember E-File! For a faster refund and more efficient filing, electronically file your Federal and Oklahoma tax returns together, beginning January 13, 2006. Visit our website for all your filing options.

*Be sure to print out an extra copy for your files, as the Adobe Acrobat Reader software will not allow you to save the completed form on your computer.
